HR Manager receives all applications and will confirm the receipt within a few days either by email or letter. Your application will be examined by the relevant GateHouse personnel and if qualifications and requirements appear to match, you will be either invited to an introductory interview or we will ask permission to keep your application in our applicant database for 6 months.
The best qualified applicants will be invited to an introductory interview with the relevant personnel and HR Manager. The purpose of this first interview is to learn more about you and vice versa, to find out if and how your qualifications match our requirements, and to find out if there is the right chemistry. Normally this interview takes 45 minutes. If you apply for a software development job you will be asked to do a written test just before the interview.
After the first round of interviews, all applicants are evaluated. If you are among the two or three candidates who will be invited to a second and more comprehensive interview, you will be informed by email. The second interview takes about 60 minutes
After the second interview we decide which candidate suits the job best and you will be informed. HR Manager will contact some of the persons listed as references before mailing you an employment contract draft. Normally a third interview is arranged for the parties to sign the employment contract.
