Carsten Michno
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO); M.Sc. in Economics and MBA in Strategic Management; previously Financial Manager in Digianswer A/S and Financial Advisor in Motorola Inc.; had similar functions in TK Development A/S and North Flying A/S; spent 10 years with KPMG and Deloitte & Touche as an Auditor.

- Hans Gregersen
M.D., Ph.D. in health science and Master of Public Management (strategic development). He has been Director of Research and Innovation at Aalborg Hospital Science and Innovation Center (AHSIC) since 2001 and holds professor positions at universities and engineering schools in Denmark, Norway and California. Hans Gregersen is board member in several organisations and funding committees.

M.Sc. in Economics & Business; CEO of Otto Mønsted A/S; Has several years of CEO experience in Danish companies, i.a. Sonofon A/S, Matas A/S and Synoptik A/S as well as being board member in a number of large organisations and companies, i.a. The Danish Chamber of Commerce, Royal Unibrew, Egmont and Toms.
- Jacob Axel Nielsen
Member of the Folketing (the Danish Parliament), Barrister, former Minister of Health and Prevention and former Minister of Transport and Energy. Has a long experience in advising companies as a lawyer, both representing traditional legal services as well as being an in-house lawyer at SONOFON (now Telenor).
