The unique event detection feature will be in focus at the GateHouse booth at this week’s offshore wind event.

At the RenewableUK exhibition and conference in Liverpool on June 29-30, GateHouse will be presenting its vessel surveillance solution for offshore wind farms. It is a fully automated surveillance and safety solution which effectively minimizes the risk of collision and collateral damage on offshore wind turbines, transformer stations and cables.

The unique and patent-pending Intelligent Event Detection (IED) feature enables zone specific, rule based detection of sea level events with particular probability of interference and effect on the integrity of the wind farm. And huge flexibility in the configuration of zones and alerts around a wind farm provides operators with a pro-active and automated solution.
