Quality System


The purpose of GateHouse’s quality system is to create the best possible environment for creating top quality products. Among other things, this involves defining quality goals for processes and products. Also, planning and follow-up on quality activities are extremely important. The quality system ensures continual improvements in the way work is carried out at GateHouse.


GateHouse’s quality efforts are directed and monitored by the Quality Manager.

He is assisted by:

  • Independent Software Quality Assurance staff, who perform independent audits on the various projects.

     

  • Project Software Quality Assurance staff, who carry out quality-related work within individual projects.

GateHouse’s quality system is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

GateHouse's software engineering process is based on CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integrated) Level 3.
