GateHouse has been building its expertise in Mobile Satellite Service for over a decade through its collaborations with, amongst others, Inmarsat.
 
GateHouse’s extensive collaboration with Inmarsat on their BGAN (Broadband GlobalArea Network) system has enabled us to become one of the premier partners with regards to BGAN technology.
 
The GateHouse developed core technology for BGAN is now used by the majority of the terminal manufactures in the BGAN market.

About satellite systems

Inmarsat is the world’s leading provider of global mobile satellite communications services delivering mobile voice and high-speed data connectivity through one of the largest commercial satellite networks. The BGAN service offers global voice and high-speed data connectivity to customers, through terminals which are typically the size of a laptop.
