Development of your BGAN terminal from start to Inmarsat Type Approval

Pre-development
We can assist you in preparing feasibility studies and business cases to support your decision. When capturing the terminal requirements and planning the development project you can benefit from our large experience.
Terminal development
GateHouse offers customized BGAN training for developers with introduction to the technical parts of BGAN. For directly use we offer field-proven and mature software - off the shelf! The BGAN physical layer, protocol stack and application framework . For software integration, design and testing we have the tools and the knowhow you need.
Type Approval
GateHouse can provide our customers with test specifications or assist in developing test specifications, further we can assist in running the field trials and analysing the logs gathered during the trials. Prior to entering the Inmarsat alpha and beta test phases, GateHouse performs a full MTR (Mandatory Test Requirements) test run using our proven test tools. This gives our clients the assurance that the product has the right maturity to begin final type approval procedures.
Support
A support and maintenance agreement with GateHouse covers the continued maintenance of the baseline BGAN software inlcuding all mandatory Inmarsat SDM (system definition manual) changes. We also offer tailored support aggreements.
